🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Flexory, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse


🔄 How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@flexoryfit.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for the return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. If that's the case, we’ll cover the shipping.
